Workplace Mediation

Workplace Mediation that Provides a Way Forward

Conflict in the workplace is inevitable. Will you let Great Workplaces assess the conflict situation and offer some support?

When do You Need Workplace Meditation?

When you should call for an external mediator:

  • Two individuals who provide value to the organization, and must work together.
  • Avoid each other or demonstrate passive-aggressive behaviors.
  • Have lost motivation, creativity, and ability to perform and meet goals.
  • You cannot resolve ongoing differences.

If you want your teams and organization achieve its most productive level, it must be healthy. You need an energetic environment that has a minimum of chaos, conflict, and confusion. Whether you run a for-profit business or a nonprofit organization, your organization must be able to grow and adapt to changing conditions based on trust and respect.

What is Great Workplaces Workplace Mediation Process?

A trained mediator will discuss your issues with you and decide whether your case might be appropriate for mediation. If so, we will contact the parties to discuss mediation as an option for resolving the workplace problem and seek agreement to enter a mediation.

If the case is appropriate for mediation and both parties agree to mediate, a mutually convenient time and location is chosen.

During the mediation, parties are each given an uninterrupted opportunity to discuss their issues. With guidance from mediators, the parties eventually communicate directly with each other and begin to develop options for resolution.
